Empress of Ignis Empire

The rain forest was very alive. Monkeys leapt from limb to limb in the trees above, the canopy was buzzing with life and forever moving. Birds of all kinds of species, mostly paradise birds, put on brilliant dances to attract females. But all this beauty was lost on the obsidian goddess below as she stalked beneath them through the forest, shrill alarm calls sounding and stopping as she passed the frightened creature. They had every right to be frightened in the presence of divine blood, for she was walking death If They dare be anything but afraid. But Volcan had a goal this noon, the goliath woman seeked certain herbs for her smallest, most delicate child, to craft a salve and relieve their pelt of the sun's onslaught. In her mind she tumbled the names over and over. She hadn't learned much before she left, but the month before her departure from her home tribe she had spend many hours with the old shaman, learning of the herbs she needed to know to care for her youngin. The shaman knew what she was going to do, but never opposed. The shaman was wise, after all. The crackled lady searched for basil here in the rain forest, a plant that desired moist land to grow. Ember gaze looked over every green plant on the ground, up on soil deposits, and even In the sprouting crags of tree roots- but as her fiery eyes scanned, she spotted the form of a small white lioness, a ethereal creature, stark against the greenery. A pretty little target. The obsidian lady strode forward, head held high, a sly but flirtatious smirk on her cracked maw. What a pretty little nephilim you are, what's a tiny angel like you doing all alone out here? she purred, rubbing her side up against a tree rught beside her.
