Blue

So, they were real? That was a development that she hadn't expected today. Would this whole land be full of surprises? There was no telling... At the very least since this was new to her as well, there likely wouldn't be any other pirates. Although it begged the question if there were pirates all around the world that were just hanging out of sight. Piratest that those --apparently true-- children's tales came from. In any case, at the confirmation the blue woman let out a small "hm". A sound of interest but she remarked on it no further, simply keeping the intrigue to herself.

"--that ye be." She couldn't help the small huff that escaped her mouth at the remark. It was something of amusement but the woman seldom actually laughed. Yes, she certainly was. Her mother just had the most amazing imagination when it came to giving her a name... although it was more along the lines of "couldn't be bothered to think of a better name" but she wasn't going to go into specifics of her family life. The remark that the other woman made was amusing enough and had caught her --a little-- off-guard in the fact that she hadn't expected the other to say anything in regards to it.

"Am alone..." The woman answered in reply. Good riddance to her "crew" as well. Fuck the lot of them. It felt nice not to have to worry about fighting for a place at a kill or wondering if she'd have to put up with her mother's verbal sniping. "Yours? Thought pirates didn't do 'alone'." In all the tales she'd heard they'd always had crews but this one seemed as if she were by herself. Why?
