Volcans response was understandable, but she could never imagine giving up on the search for her own child. Not in a million years, but then she supposed it was because of her own tragic childhood that she clung so tightly to those she called family. But then again, witnessing your father being murdered infront of you was bound to fuck you up somehow. While she never spoke of it, the desire she had to keep her family close and safe was almost always at the forefront of her mind. Over the years though the thought of family had expanded to include Verm and his siblings and parents. She does not voice this though, does not tell her friend her true thoughts. It is not her place to criticize how she is with her own children. She can only control her own actions, so instead she dips her head in a slight nod. "I don't blame you, if it seems like a game to her... the best thing to do is to stop. Perhaps she will return once she figures out you arent chasing her anymore." If it truly was a game, a ploy for attention.


As Verm speaks up, asking about the type of kingdom Volcan will rule over, she takes the chance to reach down and take a bite out of the chunk of pig at her paws. She listens though, to her friends response and finds it sounds like a fair kingdom. Swallowing her mouthful she turns to glance at Verm out of the corner of her eye, trying to see what he thought of what Volcan had to say. Once she was finished with her speech, she turned her attention fully towards Verm, brow arching in a silent question. Would he be interested in staying in Volcans pride, or did he wish to wait? She knew Erenvel had mentioned wanting to make allies for the Tollaires.
