At first it was just an eerie rattle that sent small rocks down the mountainsides from above. The loose gravel streamed down the sides of the mountain by the will of the very earth itself, the ground beneath the lions began to vibrate. Pulsing tremors worked their way down the sides until with a violent heave the earth tore open. The split began from one of the high spires and ripped through the gathering of lions. The very fight itself at the center of it, and as the earth pulled away to reveal a crevice that was three feet wide. A distinct sound arose when this happened, like a low roar that came from none of the lions present, and with nothing to spare her nor stop her descent, Arsynia's body disappeared into the abyss as the crack opened beneath her feet. Though it seemed that she was pulled rather than a simple slip. For those wandering the catacombs may now see a new path of light that breaks through to one of the isolated and undiscovered tunnels as she slips down. As soon as the lioness disappeared beneath the mountain there was a thunderous clap and the earth sealed where it had once been opened, leaving no evidence that a quake had come through if not for those that had witnessed it.

The fight for the pride has defaulted in Minerva's favor, she is now Queen of Nouvel! Arsynia has been struck down by Eoin and is lost in the catacombs.
